Better penis health by sleeping naked

What man in his right mind wouldn’t want to positively affect the health of his penis, especially when an improvement can be achieved simply by stripping? Assuming that a man is in a position to undress everything when he sleeps, he may be in a position to keep his penis in better health than it already is.

An article in the UK newspaper Sun He recently extolled the praises of sleeping naked and the penis health benefits it offers. The basic information in that article has been around in various forms for some time, so this is not recent news. But it serves as a reminder that more men should consider going nude when they go to sleep.

The benefits

There are a number of benefits to “commanding” when snuggling in bed. These include:

1. Help with odor problems. Is it news to someone that the penis and its partner, the balls, can sometimes develop a certain itchiness that is a bit unpleasant? (In fact, some sources claim that unpleasant odor from the penis is the most common reason a woman cites for refusing to do fellatio on her partner.)

For some men, strong odor from the penis is a chronic problem. This usually occurs when there is profuse sweating in the penile region, which in turn creates deposits of bacteria that produce a foul mess. One of the most effective ways to deal with this problem is to “ventilate the boys.” Sleeping naked helps air circulate and allows unwanted scents to dissipate.

2. Discourage infection. Sweat and bacteria don’t just affect manly odor. If the skin on the penis is irritated, dry, or raw, and that happens a lot to some men, then it will be more susceptible to infection if more bacteria are present.

3. Keeps sperm healthier. Sperm production is adversely affected when the heat is too high in the factory, so when the balls are too hot, the sperm production decreases. Wearing underwear while sleeping increases the heat content, especially if the underwear is tight and tight. Sleeping with the region bare helps keep sperm producers cooler.

4. Reduces the production of cortisol. Cortisol is a chemical that is found naturally in the body. At appropriate levels, that’s fine, but too much cortisol causes stress and anxiety, and it also has a negative effect on penis health. Studies have shown that excessive cortisol production can interfere with normal erectile function; some studies indicate that it may also contribute to penis shrinkage, something most men will do anything to avoid. When the body overheats, cortisol production increases, so sleeping naked (and therefore cooler) can help keep cortisol at a comfortable (and non-threatening) level.

5. Promotes healthier penile skin. As mentioned above, ventilating helps decrease sweat on and around the penis, and that helps keep the skin of the penis hydrated. That may seem counterintuitive, as sweat is supposed to hydrate the skin. In fact, sweat removes essential oils that are necessary for proper skin hydration.

Sleeping naked is a great first step to maintaining penis health, but it is not enough on its own. A man really needs to regularly apply a top-notch penis health cream (Health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven to be gentle and safe for the skin) to help provide a boost to penis care. Dry penis skin, especially, will benefit from a cream with a combination of natural moisturizers (think shea butter and vitamin E), which creates a “moisture lock” to ensure richer, more supple skin. A cream with vitamin is also recommended; Vitamin A possesses acclaimed antibacterial properties that are very necessary for the man with a severe case of penis odor.
