Stop male enhancement and other spam using rules

Stopping spam completely is almost impossible in today’s world. However, one of the worst (and usually embarrassing) types of spam you can get is “make your penis” spam, especially if you are at work, and even worse if it has images. Fortunately, Outlook and Vista Mail (not Outlook Express) have an interesting feature that allows us to eliminate this or any other type of spam so that it does not reach our mailbox.

The steps for Vista Mail and Outlook are similar, so I will only include steps for both when there are differences between the two. Also, these steps are best done when you still have the spam you want to block.

1.Go to Tools

2. In Vista Mail, choose “Message Rules” and then “Mail”. In Outlook, choose “Rules and Alerts.”

3. In Outlook, choose “New rule” and then in the “Start from a blank rule” box choose “Check messages when they arrive”. Now press “Next”.

4. From the “Select conditions” box; in Vista Mail, put a check mark on “Where the subject line contains specific words” and another check mark on “Where the body of the message contains specific words”; in Outlook put a check mark on “with specific jobs in subject or body”.

5. From the “Description of the rule” box; in Vista Mail, click the FIRST link underlined in blue “contains specific words”; In Outlook, click the blue underlined “Specific Words” link.

6. In the box above put a word that is used in this message that makes it offensive, such as “penis” or “enlargement”, you can also use phrases like “bigger penis”.

7.Each time you enter a new word or phrase, click “Add”

8. When you have added all the words and phrases, press “OK”, don’t worry, you can add more at a later time.

9.In Vista Mail from the box “Description of the rule”; click on the blue underlined link “y” now change it to the second option “Messages match any of the criteria”; press “OK”. The underlined blue link should change to “o”.

10.In Vista Mail from the box “Description of the rule”; click on the SECOND link underlined in blue “contains specific words”. Now repeat steps 6 through 8 with the same words as before.

11.In Outlook, press “Next”

12.In the “Select Actions” box, place a check mark on “remove it”

13.In Outlook, press “Next” and then “Next” again

14.In the “Name of this rule” box, give the rule an appropriate name, such as “Spam blocker for penis enlargement”.

15.In Vista Mail, click “OK” and then “OK” again. In Outlook, click “Finish” and then “OK.”

That is all; From now on, any email containing the words you added above will be automatically deleted. If you want to add more words later or delete some, go to “Tools”, then in Vista Mail go to “Message rules” and then “Mail”; now make sure the correct rule is selected in the top box and in the “Rule description” box click on the FIRST link underlined in blue “contains …” repeat for the SECOND link underlined in blue “contains .. . “with the same words; In Outlook, click “Rules and Alerts” now make sure the correct rule is selected in the top box and in the “Rule description” box click the blue underlined link.

• Be careful NOT to add generic terms like “dick” because this will block any email that has the word “dick” in the email, even if this is your boss’s name. A specific phrase like “bigger penis” should be fine, unless one of your co-workers complains and uses a phrase like “Kyle is a bigger jerk than Jack” then your eyes will never see this email.

• This guide will not work if you use Outlook Express

• If the Rules and Alerts option is not available in Outlook, you have not set up an email address to use in Outlook.

• The version of Outlook used in this guide is the one that came with Microsoft Office 2007, if you are using a different version of MS Office, then your Outlook may be a little different, although it will still be close enough for this guide to work. . for you.
