A blizzard hit the Tulsa area three days before Christmas. The city was left without electricity. Kathleen and hers two unexpected guests of hers were devastated, no power, a dead cell phone battery and the garage door freezing closed.

In an amazing chain of events, the strange trio “weathered the storm.” A bonding relationship develops that takes them through an amazing healing process. Jim Stovall weaves the gifts of faith, friendship, family, and forgiveness throughout the story.

Stovall’s writing is sensitive and compelling, filled with elements of conflict, surprise, and strong character development.
